The joint fes held by Starlight School and Dream Academy― the "Star-Dream・Festival & Carnival" is still going on. Just before the 2nd day event―"Starlight Idol Festival" started, something happened on Otome Arisugawa! But somehow she―who supposed to be the questioned one―is the one doesn't mind about it….
The girls look over the timetable Otome worked on for tomorrows events. They notice that Otome worked on it all by herself, and she admits to have forgetting to add herself to it. They feel badly and consider shortening everyones time slots in order to make room for her, or putting her with Sakura and Shion to form PowaPowa-Puririn for the event, but Otome refuses. They still show concern while she goes on to explain she's made every single preparation too, and then uses her power of Starlight Queen to get them to quit discussing any changes.
As they leave, the girls continue to discuss how strange it would be if the Starlight Queen didn't appear on stage. So they agree to all work on it in hopes of getting her on there the following day...
The announcer informs everyone through the camera about the events of the day. He speaks to Otome, who tells everyone to have a nice day while Mizuki watches this from her phone. She is pleased by how it seems, then starts to observe a girl nearby.
Meanwhile, in Orihime's office, Johnny is in a panic over how Otome forgot to organize an appearance for herself on stage. Orihime tells him to calm down and that it will be fine, since Otome was supposed to organize the performances, so they should just wait and see what she has planned. He sadly then agrees.
Hikari goes outside and is greeted by a few fans. But when she spots Otome carrying a large object, she tries to speak to her. Which provides difficult as Otome runs off while telling her to get all of the fans excited from the basement. So, she begins to call someone on her Aikatsu Phone.
Meanwhile, Yurika has just finished her performance on stage. She speaks to everyone and it's shown that the Dream Academy girls have also shown up to watch. They finish with a cheer, then she finishes up.
After Yurika's performance, Seira, Sora, Ki, and Maria go into the one room to see all of the statues of previous graduating students who have become starlight queens. They compliment Ki for her knowledge she has regarding all of the idols there, then they begin to talk about Masquerade and Orihime approaches to confirm their idea that she was one of them. They apologize for intruding there and they mention that they came to see Yurika's performance, which they enjoyed. Maria takes out a flier and reveals that Sakura, Kaede, and Shion are left to perform now. Tiara brings up Otome, and Johnny reveals what is going on to her.
It's then the girls are confronted by Seira, Ki, Sora, and Maria, who have come to ask if they located Otome yet. They don't understand, until the four tell them that Johnny told them to go and look for her, since she wont be appearing on stage and he still thinks of it as a problem. No matter how hard anyone looks, she's running around all over the place and it's become impossible to keep track of her, which Shion reveals, due to the fact that it was Hikari who sent her the message.
They all came to the dressing room in hopes of her coming there, but Ichigo, Aoi, and Ran are still searching. With that in mind, the four from Dream Academy offer to lend their services in finding her too, which surprises them. They explain that it's because Otome worked really hard for today and Maria recalls how excited she was over the timetable the day before. She wants to make sure everyone is excited and she even helped them too. She was able to get really good product for Kaede's sushi, she gathered the tomato Yurika would need for her rock event, and she even went high up on a cliff to get some special flowers. She even made a stage setting for Shion, and directed Ichigo, Aoi, and Ran's performance.
Seira begins to wonder if the reason Otome is working so hard is because of the fact she's now Starlight Queen. Which makes sense to them, since when Mizuki had been the Queen before her, she had really pulled them out of a problem and made a great show as a result. So Otome is probably just trying to follow that, and they also consider that it could also be the fact that they will all be graduating from the middle school branch of the school soon. Except for Sakura that is. She wants to put together a lively climax to the three years they put in at Star Light Academy. With that, they all go to look for Otome and have Sakura stay back, since it will be her turn on stage soon.
With that, Ichigo, Aoi, and Ran met back up. None of them had any signs of Otome, and Aoi reveals all of the messages appearing on Twinkler. Everyone is becoming upset due to Otome not appearing, and as they try to figure out where Otome is, they don't see her run behind them...
Aoi then calls Johnny to inform him that they may have gotten a sign of Otome, as she was doing something at Sakura's stage not too long ago. But when they arrived she was already gone, so he tells them to keep looking. He then gets another message and Ki informs him that they saw her carrying a giant fish. But she was already gone by the time they got there. As Johnny grows concerned, Yurika and Shion appear to comment on his strange behavior.
Raichi and Noel approach to ask about Otome. Johnny comments that soon Kaede's show will be starting, and then Shion's. Then finally, Ichigo, Aoi, and Ran will be performing. They decide to increase their search rate...
Ichigo, Aoi, and Ran then recall back to when they first met Otome at the fountain when they come by it. It's then they happen to spot her walking by, shouting through a device to get everyone to see the upcoming event. But before she can run off again, they grab onto her to make her stop. They ask Otome why she wont go on stage and try to get her to make an appearance with them, but she remains ignorant.
Otome then explains that because this is the final thing she will be apart of while here, she wanted to make something amazing for everyone. Something that will all let them have fun too, including the performers. They then ask what the reason behind her not appearing on stage is, and she admits that she just forgot, like she said earlier.
With that said, Aoi once again suggests she joins them but Otome thinks she will mess everything up. So they remind her about the performance by Seira, Ki, Sora, and Maria yesterday and they want to try what they did, by combining their four voices on stage. They also convince her by claiming they will have a lot more fun with her, and they point out how sad and upset everyone is getting knowing she wont be on stage.
And so, the four run back to get ready for their performance. They appear on stage, then dance and sing to "Happy Crescendo".
After the performance ends, the announcer gathers everyone to reveal the winners of this special event. Everyone has voted and the results are in, revealing the Starlight has won with a little bit difference. He comments on how amazing it was for both schools to have put on such great events and both Headmistresses speak about how much fun they had too. They feel sad in knowing that it's probably over now, but Ichigo and the rest don't think so, because they can just join a band together!
As this goes on, Mizuki then arrives to comment as the episode ends...
