Dream Academy's Seira Otoshiro and Kī Saegusa will stand together for the first time on stage! But while enthusiastic, they must learn to how attract others using original choreography and get confused. As this goes on, what will become of Starlight Academy?
Ichigo and Ran are in the dorm with Aoi, who is informing them of her idea to subscribe to keep up with the latest news regarding Dream Academy. She is surprised to learn that Ki will be producing a special performance that involves herself and Seira.
At Dream Academy, Ki is waiting for her search to finish. She asks the computer to hurry up before Seira gets there, but the moment she shows up, the moment it finishes. Ki begins to explain that in order to have a great performance they need to make as many people enjoy themselves as possible, and in order for that to go well they need to focus on their choreography. She suggests that they create the choreography for the new song themselves and Seira admits it sounds like fun. Though she doesn't really know where to start...
Aoi continues to read information to Ichigo and Ran outside. She mentions that they will be making their own choreography for their brand new song when Ran points out they have never done that before. Ichigo points out that she did it once in America for Thomas, her orca friend. She then asks how someone makes their own choreography when Otome comes by with Shion and Sakura to show them. They continue to show them another one until Johnny interrupts the six girls. Because he is a pro choreographer, he really seems to know his stuff and compliments Otome's choreography. He jumps from his spot and begins to explain in detail how his choreography is planned, only to turn and find the six girls performing Otome's choreography!
At Dream Academy, Seira expresses concern in how tough this may be for their first time. But Ki thinks it will be fine with enough research and analysis. Her computer has found the best song for them to perform, Magical Time, and they decide to listen to it to make sure.
Seira is once again worried and thinks it may be too cute for her. After she asks why the computer picked it, Ki asks her if she's concerned it's going against her image. Seira admits that this is the problem, since it has been said already once that she's done something against her image. Ki doesn't see it that way, but contrast instead. She explains that for idols there are times when they need to keep their image and times when you go against what has been built up. By doing contrast they can show the fans another wonderful side to themselves. Seira seems to understand this now and agrees to it while Ki tells her they should locate a teacher they can learn from.
She searches for a teacher for them and Seira asks why they can't just ask someone here in the idol course. Ki explains to her that she wants to find the best teacher since it's their first time performing together. When the result returns, they leave right away!
Back at Starlight Academy, the girls have just finished practice when the door opens to reveal Seira and Ki. Everyone is surprised, but mostly happy to see them and Seira explains they came to see Johnny and after Otome, Sakura, and Shion leave, she brings up that the best person to learn choreography from is Johnny.
After Seira accidentally messes up his name, Ki takes a moment to explain who Johnny is. She mentions that he taught choreography to Masquerade and Mizuki. They ask him to teach them choreography, though are worried he may say no since they don't attend Starlight Academy. But Johnny is quick to accept, due to being flattered by Ki's kind words. While the schools may be rivals, they can still do some passionate Aikatsu together!
With that he decides to give them choreography lessons, but he insists that Ichigo, Aoi, and Ran join them. He uses a dry eraser board to teach them the four points one needs to keep in mind for successful choreography. He takes a moment to point out that this was how Mizuki learned, which excites Aoi enough to thank Seira and Ki for doing this, given that it's a rare opportunity.
Point one is that the person should listen to the song while looking at lyric sheets. So he turns the song on and they listen while observing the sheets. He asks them if any images come to mind and they explain their feelings regarding certain lyrics. Then he moves onto point two, which is to draw images next to the lyrics on the papers. He draws a pose that comes to mind next to a certain set to demonstrate, and shows them how one can write down words also. The five girls all take turns drawing and comment on how fun it is. When Seira and Ki see the cute idea Aoi had thought up, she tells them they are more then welcome to use it.
Johnny moves onto step three and tells them to move their bodies while looking at what they wrote down on the sheets. Eventually the girls stop to take a break and Ki thanks Johnny for all of the help. But he points out that they're not finished yet. He still needs to bring up point four, which is to think about the people supporting the idol. There are many people who make the dance the best it can be, but they remain confused and he tells them that he will let them to figure it out for themselves. As he gives them a speech, he finds the girls haven't been listening to him at all and the lesson comes to an end.
At Dream Academy, Seira and Ki have managed to put their choreography in order and now all that's left is to make sure they memorize it. So they go into the dance room and record their practice and training. As night comes along they manage to finish and they check the film. However, they aren't very happy with the end results of it and feel that something is off, however they are unable to think about what it may be...
The next day at TV TKY, Seira and Ki continue to think things over. They still can't figure out what's wrong when they did the choreography perfectly, but are interrupted by Ichigo, Aoi, and Ran. They ask them if they came to record, but Ki mentions they just have a meeting today. Ran asks how it turned out and they show them. While they think it's really cute, Seira brings up that something feels wrong with it but they don't know what.
The trio compliment them on a job well done anyway, but Ki and Seira feel as though perhaps the performance is missing something and isn't finished. Ichigo gets an idea and she tells them that they should just focus on having as much fun as possible. They think this could work, since it is important to be cute for a cute, sweet song like that. Ran also suggests that they imagine pictures being taken of every move, to make them naturally more precise. Ichigo then asks Aoi what she would do and she points out that by watching each other, they can figure out how to improve their poses.
Suddenly inspired, they head outside and begin to train for the song more by watching each other do specific things and give little tips. As the sun sets the girls sit down for a break and mention that the performance will be coming up soon. Ki still is unconvinced that this is enough and when they get back, she has her computer analyze their choreography. It manages to come up with something and Ki informs Seira that their dance moves are cramped way too tightly. She then asks it how they can make them more dynamic and are given a plan. Something that Ki is guaranteeing will work, though Seira seems a little unsure.
Later it's revealed that the plan was to guide a jumbo jet properly to naturally make their dance moves grander. Seira isn't enjoying herself but she keeps up with it none the less!
Come the day of their performance, everyone cheers for them while she and Ki share words of encouragement. She admits to being worried, but when she hears everyones voices she is reminded of point four of their choreography lesson. Their supporters are their fans and because of them, they are much more energized and excited!
With that, Seira and Ki share a cheer before they change into their chosen coords and appear on stage. Where they dance to "Magical Time".
Afterwards Tiara thanks Johnny for helping Seira and Ki. In the back room they are congratulated by Ichigo, Aoi, and Ran. They all think Seira looked very cute, which flusters her, though she thanks them anyway. However Ran reminds them that despite this, they wont let Dream Academy beat them!
