Brand (ブランド) is the general term that identifies the distinctive product of a company. In the Aikatsu! universe, the term "brand" is used to describe the company in which the Aikatsu! cards are from. Each brand is based on one of the four idol types: Cute, Cool, Sexy, or Pop and from there create designs with themes and styles unique to that brand. In the Aikatsu! universe, there are sixteen main public brands, and two personal brands with one of the personal brands being a season one exclusive.
| Angely Sugar
A famous fashion design company that bases their design on cuteness, with the use of frills and ribbons, to make girls look like angels. The headquarters is in a mountainess area. This is Ichigo Hoshimiya's & Madoka Amahane's favorite brand. The top designer is Asuka Amahane, and is the only brand to have a known mascot, Angely Bear. Its main Constellation is Pisces, and shares Gemini with Swing Rock. Its main Romance Story is Sleeping Beauty, which it shares with Dreamy Crown and Love Moonrise. Its main Dream Story is Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

A famous fashion company who design their dresses with futuristic looks. These dresses often have geometrical designs and crystals. Their headquarters are quite high-tech. This brand is Aoi Kiriya, Shion Kamiya and Hazuki Aranada's favorite brand. The top designer is Rei Kamishiro and its main Constellation is Aquarius.

One of the top brands which makes sexy dresses for Aikatsu system users. They incorporate butterflies and fur into their pieces, giving a mature feel to their clothing. The brand's main user is Ran Shibuki, who is also officially the brand's muse. The top designer is Anna Tachibana and its main Constellation is Leo.

A brand that bases their designs on "Pop"-typed cards, the dresses have colorful designs and candy themes. This is Otome Arisugawa's favorite brand. The top designer is Makoto Nijigabara and its main Constellation is Taurus.

An Aikatsu! card-dress company that specializes in goth-loli designs mixed with noble European and Victorian-styled concepts. The headquarters has a staff specifically for testing the courage of its visitors. The top designer is Maya Yumekoji, who claims to have owned the mansion for 300 years. However, he only wants his design to be worn by a strong person. This brand is Yurika Todo and Sumire Hikami's favorite brand. It's main Constellation in Capricorn and its main Romance Story is Snow White. Its main Dream Story is The Wizard of Oz.
| Aurora Fantasy
Aurora Fantasy was revealed via Aikatsu! Brand Collection. Aurora Fantasy designs gives off a floral fantasy, fairy tale vibe, making the wearer look mystical and magical. The top designers are Green Grass. The ones who favor this brand are Sakura Kitaoji , Maria Himesato and Monica Kiki. Its main Constellation is Aries.

Love Queen was released in the 5th row of cards in the arcade game and introduced in Episode 28 of the anime. It is a sexy type brand. This brand was created exclusively for Mizuki Kanzaki to set her apart as a top idol. This brand aims for a more mature and cosmopolitan look. It incorporates Mizuki's symbol of the moon, dazzling multi-colored jewelry, and themes of royalty to present a signature look of luxury and celebrity. This brand is the only brand that doesn't have a constellation as it was Season 1 exclusive. The top designer for the brand is not disclosed, though it was probably commissioned by Starlight Academy.

It is a pop type brand that consists of playful, colorful, circus and carnival designs and themes with bright, popping colors. The top designer is Marcel, a clown who goes around making people smile for inspiration for his designs. The ones who favor this brand are Kaede Ichinose and Ki Saegusa. Its main Constellation is Sagittarius.

Swing Rock was released in the 1st collection of the 2014 series and introduced in Episode 51. It is a cool type brand. This brand consists of rock and punk-styled designs. The top designer is Makina and this was the first brand to unveil a Constellation Dress. This is Seira Otoshiro's favorite brand. Its main Constellation is Scorpio, and shares Gemini with Angely Sugar.

Bohemian Sky was released in the 2nd collection of the 2014 series. The top designer and main user is Sora Kazesawa. It is a middle-eastern, bohemian themed, ethnic-styled brand. These dresses often include floral designs, and ethnic motifs. It is a sexy type brand. Its main Constellation is Libra.
| Love Moonrise
Love Moonrise was released in the 4th collection of the 2014 series. It is a sexy type brand and the evolved version of Love Queen as the user is also Mizuki Kanzaki. The brand is exotic and foreign-themed with Mizuki's moon-thematic. Its main Constellation is Virgo and its main Romance Story is Sleeping Beauty, which it shares with Angely Sugar and Dreamy Crown.
| Vivid Kiss
Vivid Kiss was released in the 4th collection of the 2014 series campaign rare. It is a west coast-inspired pop type brand from Los Angeles. The top designer is called Kayoko and its main users are Mikuru Natsuki and Hinaki Shinjō, the latter of whom is the brand's official muse. Its main Constellation is Cancer, its main Romance Stories are The Nutcracker and The Little Mermaid, and its main Dream Story is Peter Pan.
| Dreamy Crown
Dreamy Crown is a cute-type brand that debuted in the Data Carddass Aikatsu! 2015 Series and Season 3 of the anime. The brand is aristocratic and royalty-based with cuter concepts and elements. The top designer is a young man named Tsubasa Sena and its main user is Akari Ōzora. Its main Romance Stories are Swan Lake, Thumbelina, and Sleeping Beauty, the last of which it shares with Angely Sugar and Love Moonrise. Its main Dream Story is the Town Musicians of Bremen.
| Sangria Rosa
Sangria Rosa is a sexy-type brand that debuted in Part 2 of Data Carddass Aikatsu's 2015 Series, as well as Season 3 of the anime. It is a Flamenco and Spanish culture-inspired brand. The top designer is Encierro Atsuji and its main user is Juri Kurebayashi. Its main Romance Story is Cinderella and its main Dream Story is Arabian Nights.

It is a dance-inspired brand with neon themes and electro, street, and rave concepts. The brand's designer is the legendary dancer Sunny. Its main users are Rin Kurosawa and Minami Hateruma and its main Dream Story is Pinocchio.

Retro Clover is a pop-type brand that debuted in Part 5 of Data Carddass Aikatsu's 2015 Series and Season 3 of the anime. The brand is retro-themed and draws inspiration from the 60's and 70's and consists of bright, popping colors and geometric shapes. Its main user is Kokone Kurisu and its main Dream Story is Hansel and Gretel.

Dolly Devil is a sexy-type brand that debuted in Part 1 of the Data Carddass Aikatsu's 2016 Series and Season 4 of the anime. It is a gyaru-inspired brand (specifically Agejo and Hime-gyaru) that incorporates cuter elements likes frills and ribbons within the mature designs to bring out a more girlish charm. It's top designer is a free-spirited woman named Lucy Kisaragi and its brand headquarters is located in Harajuku, the fashion capital of Japan. Its main users are Nono Daichi and Lisa Shirakaba.
